Fall Mindfulness Series

Join WorkWell this fall to integrate regular mindfulness practice into your routine! These sessions are free and will focus on evidence-based mindfulness practices that are simple and effective for addressing stress, compassion fatigue, and burnout. Each session includes 15 minutes of education and 15 minutes of practice.ÌýÌý

The Mindfulness Series is available via Zoom on a drop-in basis. Each session can build upon each other or be taken sporadically.Ìý

Session 1: Mindful Awareness for Focus and AttentionÌý
